Counseling is a process of talking about and working through your personal problems with a counsellor as it helps you to address your problems in appositive way by helping you to clarify MAissues, explore options, develop strategies and increase self-awareness.

– In this process clients work one on one with a trained mental health, clinician in a safe and confidential environment.

Group counseling

– It is a form of therapy, which posits that people benefit from shared experiences. Usually group counseling is focused on particular issues for example anger management.
– Knowing other people with similar troubles can be comforting to each individual, who may not have access in their own family and friends to people with the same problem.

Family counseling

– Family therapy is type of treatment designed to help with issues that specially affect family’s mental health and functioning.

Career counseling

– In this type of advice giving and support are provided by career counselors to their clients, to help the clients manage their journey through life.

– Many couples attend marriage counseling to try and repair their marriage before turning to divorce.
