Coffee with counselor
Since 2022, PICS NEPAL has been creating a safe, supportive space for individuals to share their personal and emotional experiences without judgment through Coffee with Counselors. These sessions are designed to help people manage stress, emotional challenges, and life transitions through compassionate counseling, peer sharing, and guided reflection. Participants gain clarity, emotional relief, and practical perspectives to navigate both personal and professional struggles. It is a space where people are truly heard, understood, and supported in their journey toward mental well-being and growth.
The Coffee with Counselors follows a simple, step-by-step process. First, PICS NEPAL announces the dates and the special topic for the season, with a new session happening every 20 days. Next, because these small group meetings are meant to be cozy and deeply helpful, sign-ups open for just 15 people per session. Finally, when the day arrives, the real work begins: the guests come together and bring their own questions about the topic.
It is an open space where you can ask about a personal curiosity, a problem you are facing, or how to get advice on helping a loved one who is going through a tough time.
